Our resources cover a wide range of topics, including how to choose and use menstrual products, how to track your menstrual cycle, and how to manage any related health concerns. We also offer tips and advice for maintaining good menstrual hygiene practices, such as washing your hands before and after changing your menstrual product, and avoiding scented products that can cause irritation. With our resources, you can learn everything you need to know about menstrual hygiene and feel confident in your menstrual health.

Access to Menstrual Products

We believe that access to menstrual products is a basic human right. Unfortunately, many women and girls face barriers in accessing affordable and reliable products. At Advocates for Period Poverty, we offer resources and support to help ensure that everyone has access to the menstrual products they need. This includes information on where to find free or low-cost products, how to donate products to those in need, and how to advocate for menstrual equity in your community. Our goal is to eliminate period poverty and promote menstrual equity for all.

Advocacy and Policy Reform

As an organization, we are committed to promoting policy changes at the local, state, and national levels to improve menstrual equity for all. This includes advocating for access to menstrual products in schools, prisons, and other public spaces, as well as for policies that make menstrual products more affordable and accessible for everyone. We also work to raise awareness about the issue of period poverty and the impact it has on women and girls around the world. With our advocacy and policy reform efforts, we are working to create a world where menstruation is no longer a barrier to education, work, or daily life.

Community Outreach and Support

At Advocates for Period Poverty, we believe that building a community of support around menstrual awareness and equity is essential for creating real change. That’s why we offer events, workshops, and other resources to help people get involved and make a difference. Whether you’re interested in volunteering, donating, or simply learning more about menstrual equity, we welcome you to join our community.
